Description:

You will be responsible for:

-Ensure all rates and offers are loaded correctly and updated based on the hotels revenue strategies and promotions in all channels including bed banks.
-Always ensure that competitive rates and availability are offered on the brand website, OTAs, bed banks and GDS managing the various margins and controlling rate parity issues.
-Regularly review competitor rates and promotions in order to provide market intelligence and recommendations to the Revenue/Commercial teams
-Maintain inventory parity across all distribution channels including updating and closing out of static allotments on bed bank extranets.
-Regularly conduct test bookings to identify intermediaries distributing unauthorised rates online
-Work with Revenue Manager to propose seasonal or tactical offers. Monitor and evaluate these promotions in order to achieve online revenue targets
-Ensure rate plans are being loaded correctly in hotels PMS system, Sabre Central Reservations and any other extranets as required.
-Ensure that Wholesale (Static and Dynamic), Corporate Rates & Consortia rates are loaded correctly and have the accurate sell and book dates.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the position
-Good communications in English both speaking and writing
-Positive thinking and good in problem solving skills
-Proficient in English Communication both speaking and writing
-Creative and Innovative
