Assistant Manager, Social Media
- Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple social campaigns including creating content, managing assets across key social networks and extracting actionable insights from social monitoring data and and guest interaction.
- Manage community platforms on our brand websites, driving participations, ensure that queries are managed promptly and continuously ensure that the platforms remain active and relevant to our guests and business needs.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impacts of social media programmes, and analyze, review, report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Build and maintain a working relationship with content creators, KOL ( Key Opinion Leaders). Collaborate with marcom team when required to host journalists or similar KOLs.
- Reputation management by forums, blogs, social media channels.
- Gather and perform competitors, consumer & channel analysis to facilitate the development and successful social media campaign.
- Min Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge in SEO, Social Media platforms.
- Excellent command of English language knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Creative content writing.
