Senior Manager/ Manager, Sales
- Major responsibilities on corporate business segment and others as assigned.
- Develop new business for the property and maintain business relationship with potential and existing accounts.
- Research and report market intelligence and competitive information such as average rate, sales activities and special promotional campaign.
- Regular sales servicing and coverage according to customer's potential and requirement in accordance with the availability of after sales services to customers.
- Maintains and updates database of designated customers for customer servicing and property information updates and direct mailing campaign.
- Recommend the solutions and strategies to further improve the performance.
- Closely keep track of respective market price and competition (sites, prices, service offered) on a regular basis quarterly or more offer as needed..
- Develop good rapport with the public industry, customers of the trade in effort to ensure and promote a good image of property.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrates familiarity with budget software and financial management.
- Excellent command of English language, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
